BUREAU VERITAS is pleased to inform you about the recent update to Customs Circular 6580/311 concerning the HS codes regulated under the Verification of Conformity Program in the Kingdom of Morocco. An updated version, along with the assigned mandatory Moroccan standards and orders, has been released.

Additionally, updated versions of the following have also been released:

• The list of products regulated at the country of export.
• The list of products subject to control at the destination.

BUREAU VERITAS continues to be designated by the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green, and Digital Economy for executing the Verification of Conformity Program at both the country of export and the destination, applicable to products imported into Morocco. 

To ensure smooth processing and prevent any rejections upon arrival, it is imperative that your goods undergo verification by BUREAU VERITAS before export. This step is crucial for complying with regulatory requirements and ensuring seamless clearance of your shipments.
