Based on the Decision numbered “034 – 2020” signed on December 31st, 2020, AGANOR has officially postponed the implementation of the new provisions of the "PROGEC" for 6 months, till June 30th , 2021.

Therefore, the list of products subject to the program and threshold applicable since 2016, remain applicable.

The changes will apply from July 1st, 2021 date of shipment as indicated in the Datasheet relevant to this programme.

The minimum value of goods subject to PROGEC remains EUR 3,000 (FOB value).
