After the postponement of the new PROGEC on September 16th 2020, AGANOR has officially announced its implementation on January 1st, 2021.

The new provisions include:

• Extension of the list of products, where all the products imported into Gabon will be subject to PROGEC, except for food products (HS code chapters 01 to 24) and pharmaceutical products (HS code chapter 30). See details on the downloadable datasheet on Verigates.
• The minimum value of goods subject to PROGEC is now EUR 1,000 (FOB value).

These provisions are applicable from January 1st, 2021 “shipping date”, where the CoC is compulsory for products subject to the PROGEC.
