During a public webinar leaded by the Ministry in charge of the program and PORTNET (the single window system of Morocco) on 21st May 2020, the Ministry confirmed the end of the transitory phase on June 19th (included), date of arrival of the consignment in Morocco. Option of any new postponement has been rejected.

This means that any product subject to the program (HS code* included in the Circular 6017/311 of Customs) and not subject to control at destination shall not be exported without getting the required Certificate of Conformity (CoC) when estimated arrival date could be after June 19th. 

For these products, the CoC number would be requested as part of the clearance process.
