Kindly note that the Saudi authorities require that the Shipment Certificate, issued from SABER, must be registered in FASAH (the customs portal) before 15 days from the shipping date in order to avoid constraints that might affect the Customs clearance or re-export of the shipment.

Also, Shipment Certificates are valid for a one time customs clearance only.
