A regulation related to childcare articles has been published on November 27th, 2016. This regulation is applicable from May 27th, 2017, from which all related products imported onto Algeria shall comply with the requirements (markings, chemical properties, mechanical properties, flammability).

A Certificate of Conformity issued by an accredited body shall be provided.
