ACONOQ released a note for service providers confirming the re-launch of the PCEC, on July 4th, 2023 (date of shipment). All shipments imported to Congo Brazzaville shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity for customs clearance. Certificate of Conformity "CoC" is therefore required from July 4th, 2023 (date of Bill of Lading).
