The DRC’s Ministry of health updated its banned imports of medicines by the Ministerial decree N°1250/cab/min/SPHP/010/CJ/OBK/2024 dated 05/06/2024. Please refer to the datasheet for exhaustive list of banned products (see Annex 2: List of prohibited goods). Banned products imported into DRC without prior authorization will be destroyed or re-exported.
