The Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced the launch of the Portnet platform for the management of Certificates of Conformity (COC), (see the notice). This platform, accessible via the website http://Portnet.ma.
From 2 December 2024, Moroccan importing companies and their freight forwarders are invited to use this platform to request and obtain the COCs.
COCs currently being processed by the appointed inspection bodies in the countries of export and issued before December 15, 2024, will be accepted upon arrival in Morocco.
